WHAT WE DO:

Here at The RAT PATROL OF NEW YORK, INC. we employ an integrated pest control program specifically designed to address your unique infestation.

INSPECTION:

The RAT PATROL OF NEW YORK, INC. conducts A FREE INSPECTION of your residence or business to determine what pests you have, how they are entering your structure and how to best rid you of these pests.

After inspection, THE RAT PATROL devises a plan to eradicate your pest control issues. There are usually three parts to every treatment plan.

ELIMINATION:

First, any pest control operator who tells you that he/she can completely eliminate rodents and roaches 100% of the time would be lying to you. Obviously complete elimination is the goal – but when that is not possible such as when poor structural damage exists, the structure being located in an area where there is much construction going on, where the structure is located in a high rodent population area or where food service establishments are concerned, the key is to achieve control of the pest population. THE RAT PATROL OF NEW YORK, INC. employs numerous methods which are highly successful in eliminating or controlling pests.

EXCLUSION:

After elimination, the second part of the job is exclusion. Simply put, THE RAT PATROL OF NEW YORK, INC. seals your structure's entry points where rats or mice have entered through to invade your home or business. We use a variety of material to achieve this goal, such as flat galvanized steel or steel mesh and concrete in many instances. This will stop new rats from entering once we eliminate the old rats which are present.

EXCLUSION:

The final part of our treatment plan is to sanitize/disinfect all urine and rodent droppings (see section SANITIZING AND DISINFECTING SERVICES)
